No additional fees to the donor is a big deal!

With the boom in entertainment options, and general increase in expense of living, our non-profit has struggled with securing audiences for our events. Understandably folks don't have as much expendable income so every dollar counts - and service fees can make or break a choice to attend an event. That's where it has been exceptionally helpful to ticket through Zeffy as there are no fees!

Our tip is to highlight this as a "selling point" for your Zeffy campaigns - whether it be encouraging ticket sales or a donation - let the public know that there are no fees which means their dollars can go further to support your non-profit!

In addition to this, always enable the option to make an additional donation to your organization on your Zeffy campaigns. Who knows - the fact that they're saving on the fees may encourage them to give that savings to your organization!
