Email Communication with Donors

We have really benefited from every aspect of using Zeffy from the no fees to the use of the platform. IT has been a game changer for us since we raise small amounts comparatively speaking. This allows all of our donations to go directly to helping our projects. The ability to send a special email to the donors right from the platform has been great. I love that the AI feature creates an email for me and I just revise it slightly for the person or the project where the funds will be directed. It allows me to personalize the email to the donor while reducing my workload. It keeps everything in one place and also indicates whether I have sent the donor an email or not. It will also allow you to insert a photo so we can share with the donors the projects and direct impact of their donation. I love it.
