Two-Night Concert Ticket Sales a Breeze!

Here’s why it worked for us…

After noticing the local symphony was using Zeffy for ticket sales, we also began using Zeffy when hosting concerts for a community a cappella chorus as a fundraiser for our church. They sell out, and we needed a way to easily do online ticket sales to the wider community.

This spring when they went to concerts on two-nights (due to popular demand!), we were so glad to have earlier chosen Zeffy… the system handled the two show options as one event seamlessly.

The check-in was a breeze with the Zeffy app! And, we have always loved Zeffy because we can take “offline” sales for folks at the church in addition to the convenience of online sales for everyone else.

(One minor suggestion would be to overcome the limitation of not allowing same day credit card taps on the app when it’s an event with two different ticketing dates.)

One thing another nonprofit could repeat…

Definitely do some reminder emails for your events! We had a few folks who needed to change the night of their ticket, and it couldn’t have been easier. A reminder email a week ahead reminds folks of their ticket date, and gives them an opportunity to make a change if needed.
