Why It Worked:

Our nonprofit dance company is dedicated to presenting topics regarding critical social issues and mental health challenges through our art. Our event "worked" because of our transparency in our messaging through using Zeffy's design features fully; carefully curating visual branding to match the aesthetics of the dance work being presented; having a clear description of the work and its content; and, most importantly, presenting this project with integrity.

Advice to other organizations/things to repeat:

Our greatest advice is to be clear with your intentions and keep the pillars upon which your organization was founded at the forefront of your intentions. Use the tools provided to support your goals: write something compelling that intices potential participants in the "about this event" section, upload an image that represents the event, make sure your logo and organization page are up-to-date, and if you are fundraising, let donors know exactly where their money is going to! People like clarity, organization, and intention; make sure you do everything with your full heart!
